Dam-Bridge Run 10K

Time: 10k race begins at 8:00 am
Location: Marriott Shoals Conference Center, Florence, AL
Early Packet Pickup: Early Packet pickup at Solid Rock Racing Company Friday, November 14 4:00-6:00 pm
Race Day Packet Pickup: Begins at 6:30 am

Course:
The 10K course begins at the Marriott Shoals Conference Center in Florence, AL,
and proceeds across Wilson Dam and then onto a portion of the paved TVA nature trail. It continues back across the Tennessee River via the pedestrian walkway on the Singing River Bridge, and then a short distance through a residential area to the finish back at the conference center.

The course is USATF certified, AL05033JD

There will be a 90 minute time limit to complete the course -- Please do not enter if you cannot maintain at least a 14:30 pace per mile

Due to course constraints there will be no wheelchair division. Baby joggers, strollers, and animals will not be allowed on the course. 

Shirts:
The Dam-Bridge Run offers the best running shirts! Runners will receive high quality, long sleeved “tech “shirts!
*Only runners pre-registered by November 1st are guaranteed shirts on race day in case of a shortage

Course Support:
Two fluid stations will be provided, near 2 and 4.5 miles.
Mile markers will be clearly displayedand split times given at each mile.
Restroom facilities will be available at the 2nd aid station.

Post Race Party:
Enjoy pizza, snacks and drinks at the post race event on the Singing River Terrace. Don’t miss the awards ceremony!
